課程概述

本課程為兩學分之課程，課程涵蓋之單元包括，微生物研究之介紹、科學論文的收集、科學論文的格式、培養基及其製備、控制微生物生長的物理及化學因子、微生物的分離、培養及保存、顯微觀察及染色技術、微生物的遺傳研究法、其他當今微生物的研究方法等。課程評量包含期中考及期末考。 

課程目標
 本課程以學習微生物學研究相關方法技術之原理及應用為目標。
